Q13: Who pays for return shipping?

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, style preference, incorrect self-measurement), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.

Merchant Responsibility: If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us, Zakaka will cover all return shipping costs.
