Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Shipping Origin

All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States.

Delivery Area

  • We deliver exclusively within Australia.
  • Orders to addresses outside are not available at this time.

Delivery Address

  • Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
  • Please make sure your details are complete and accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time 

  • Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), Monday through Friday. 
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Total Delivery Time

The Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time

Orders are confirmed, securely packed, and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transportation  Method

We use international courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or equivalent carriers depending on destination and availability.

Tax-Inclusive Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website already include applicable sales taxes and import duties.

No Additional Charges

You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs office when receiving your package.

If you are ever contacted by a courier requesting additional tax or duty payments, please contact our customer support team immediately at service@zakaka.com.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time on the "Track Your Order" page using your order number and email address.

Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@zakaka.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has shipped, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
